Deluxe Playhouse
The Deluxe Playhouse is the ultimate package for creating an outdoor recreational space, DIY studio or home office. It includes a 9-lite walk-in door, five 2x3ft single-pane windows (3 in the bay front), four porch posts and three sections of porch railing. The Utility version includes 8ft walls. This package requires a minimum shed size of 12ft x 24ft.
The Lofted Barn option includes loft decking above the porch area for added storage while the Utility Shed option includes 8ft walls, creating added vertical space for shelves or other types of storage.

- Bay style windows with wrap around porch (total length of building includes 4ft of porch)

The Side Porch package is a great alternative to the Playhouse if you’re planning to orient the building sideways. It includes a 9-lite walk-in door, 4ft depth porch with railing on the short side, one porch post, two 2x3ft single-pane windows and double barn doors.
The Lofted Barn option includes loft decking above the porch area for added storage while the Utility Shed option includes 8ft walls, creating added vertical space for shelves or other types of storage. The Side Porch package can be applied to any corner of your building.

Center Porch
The Center Porch package is a great alternative to the Side Porch, especially if you plan to orient the building sideways. To qualify for the package price, the building must include a porch. This package includes a 9-lite walk-in door, two 2×3 ft single-pane windows, a standard 12′ wide x 4′ deep porch, and two porch posts with two sections of railing.
The Utility Center Porch option features 8′ walls. Minimum building size is 12′ x 24′. Image shown includes additional options that may not be part of the standard package. This package is not available with Vertical Metal siding.

Center Porch Video
Garages
A rollup garage door is ideal for easy-access storage, especially for larger items that need a wide lockable opening. The package also includes a solid walk-in door, one 2x3ft single-pane window, 12in On-Center floor joists, and a diamond plate door threshold. The Utility version includes 8ft walls.
Shelter large lawn equipment and similar large equipment, or for use as a workshop. However, please be advised IBC (International Building Code) dictates that our Garage Package sheds are not intended for use as a private garage to store motor vehicles because they do not have a non-combustible floor. You may also want to consider additional flooring thickness upgrades to increase the total load and point load limits if you plan to store larger and heavier items like riding lawnmowers.

Shed Dormer
Available on Utility Sheds only.
The Shed Dormer adds substantial daylight into your shed, making the inside feel larger and giving the outside a quaint appearance. The package comes standard with a 7/12 pitch roof and includes three 10x29in horizontal windows.
It is only available in 8ft, 10ft and 12ft widths, but more than one dormer can be added to a building if the building length permits. You can also add dormers to both sides of the gable-style roof.

Gable Dormer
Available on Utility Sheds only.
The Gable Dormer provides an architectural detail that transforms your storage space into an attractive landscape feature. One 18in octagonal window helps let in more light.
More than one dormer can be added to a building if the building length permits. You can also add dormers to both sides of the gable-style roof.
